Blessings - Giveaway (CLOSED)


It is with great excitement and hesitancy that I'm doing my first giveaway.

From a child, I've been blessed by the daily devotionals in Our Daily Bread.

Discovery House has offered one  reader a copy of  Our Daily Bread 2012 Devotional Collection. This daily devotional with selected readings encourages the reader to spend time with God each day - praying, reading the Bible, and reflecting on how His Word applies to everyday life. It is small and elegant enough to be carried with you on a daily basis.

Basic giveaway information: 

  1. Follow this blog (optional) and 
  2. Leave a comment telling me how you would use this (required); be sure the comment includes your email address.

I will pick a winner using random.org on December 31, 2011, so please get your entries in before then. Winner will be notified and have 48 hours to respond to the e-mail or another winner will be chosen.

I know the winner will absolutely enjoy this gift throughout the year.

    I love giveaways and I am in need of a devotional for the new year. It's my goal to really dedicate some time to prayer and study instead of doing it when I think of it. The Lord has really been blessing me and it's high time I truly give Him more of me.

    The Daily Bread is a lovely gift. I would give it to my grandmother. She is strong in her faith but, she is no longer able to drive to church. This may inspire her to read her Bible daily.

    What a wonderful looking devotional and I know the words inside will be even more wonderful! I read several devotionals in the morning and some at night before going to bed. I always have a favorite one each year, Jesus Calling was mine for 2011. Maybe this next year. . .? :)

    I love this! In 2012, I'm actually searching for a church home for my family, so this will fit in nicely with our plan to be more spiritually focused.

    Every year I try to choose atleast two devotionals that I simply have to have one for the morning and one for the evening. I would love to have this Daily Bread for 2012.

    I've never owned a devotional. Sooo needed for me. I fell out of church a few years ago (but not out love for Jesus) after witnessing some unfortunate church drama. It's taken me all this time to get over it. Time to trust again and get back into church consistently. =)

    I love give aways and I wish you the best with you give away I as well wrote a daily devotional which deals with thing we can relate to as how to apply God's word to our everday needs. I have been giving away a copy of my book for every month and I am always excited about giving copies away to those who can't or don't have the means to do so. Either way for me giving away what God has blessed us with is what we are to do, so I wish you the best with your book give-away and I pray that who ever is the winner will be blessed, wishing you and yours a Merry Happy New Year 2012
